“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”

The Road Not Taken, Robert Frost

I find that I sometimes procrastinate making needed decisions because I can’t determine what is the best choice. When that occurs, I have to remind myself that I cannot see the future, and regardless of my choice the outcome is not guaranteed to either occur or to have the consequences I envisioned. What may seen to have been the wrong choice in the moment may lead to positive outcomes I would never have experienced if I had not made it.

What matters in life is making a choice, getting off the “x”, lead, follow or getting the hell out of the way. As the saying goes, “Life is what happens to you while you were making other plans.” Just get on with it.
